A Christmas Letter to our Troops (12/24/2021)

Merry Christmas,

If it is truly better to give than receive, perhaps you have given the greatest gift of all - your service. I cannot think of a more noble sacrifice than serving one's country. We have enjoyed another year of freedom thanks to men and women like you.

We are fortunate that our daughter's leave time was approved and we will be with her shortly. The week will go by fast and we realize that there will be other Christmases where we will not be as fortunate but this is the life she has chosen and there are no regrets.

You are America's best! All service members have many things in common... Love of country... Honor and integrity. Christmas is a time of giving and you deserve more than we can give. Please know that it is in giving that we receive and a grateful nation looks forward to your return.
